Here are instructions on how to take a speed test:
Speedtest.net by Ookla does a great job with speed tests, and Frontier has their own test. For Frontier's test go here: https://speedtest.frontier.com/. For Ookla's test go here: www.speedtest.net and run a test. You may find it interesting try both and compare.
One easy way to save a speed test result is to print the page to a PDF. If you're using Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner, click "Print..." then print to PDF, and save the PDF file somewhere you can find it easily like your desktop. If you're not using Chrome, then try taking a screenshot, or just simply take a picture of the result with your smartphone camera.

If you speed test using your phone make sure you are connected to your wifi.
Email your results to lawfirm@frontiercasewv.com, or simply text an image of them to (304) 693-2707. If you send a text, make sure you put your name in the text. You can also fax them to the same number or mail them to 3566 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, WV 25526, but again make sure you put your name with it so we know who it came from.
